Alright, soooo anyways, if y'all read any of my other journals y'all would know that I auditioned for American Idol at the Texas Stadium in Irving Tx...BKA Dallas since it's in the Dallas county. So anyways, yeah, I made it pass the 1st audition where only 400 of the 12,000 people that were there made it through. I was so excited! Ok, so anyways, I'm thinking, yay, I get to audition right away for the 3 judges...WRONG!!! After that there's two more auditions! I know, crazyiness. So anyways, I went to the hotel and I just waited and chatted with other people for about 5 hours. Finally it's our turn to audition and I'm super nervous of course. This one chick was freaking AMAZING! I'm talking about I was like, ok, this B is gonna be on TV for sure, didn't make it pass the 1st audition and I'm like, OMG! This one black girl who I was talking to in the room because she sat right next to me was like in shock along with me and a few of the other people who were sitting there and then she was like super nervous now. I was getting really nervous too. So anyways, the girl who went before me didn't make it and I went in the room and my hands were sweaty and yea, it was just crazy. So anyways, I sang, And I Am Telling You and of course I sing bad and I sing loud :D Just like I love to do and the producer is like, "Yes" and is nodding her head. I was like, oh, ok! LOL. I was super excited. Then I got the big sticker that has the American Idol thing on it and then I went to go wait. Lunch interuppted and we went out to McDonalds and got lost finding the hotel again but eventually we found it a couple of minutes late and it was all good in the end. So anyways, I go sit down and we're waiting and I ask this girl is Simon, Randy & Paula in there and she tells me no, and I'm thinking, UGH! So anyways, when I finally go in there, it's that dude Nigle from So You Think You Can Dance and a lot of other producers. There were probably about 10-15 people in there. So anyways, they ask what song and I decide to do the same song and he's like, "And you know it's a girl song and you're alright with it." I'm like yeah and he goes on to say something about if the American Idol should sing a girl song and I'm like, "I guess" So anyways, he tells me to go ahead and I start to sing and his face is priceless, haha. He looks at me like WTF? And then he's like, well you know you're bad and somethign about that I was fake and whatever. I was like, no, I'm not acting or w/e and then they had me sing "Since You Been Gone" which was my audition song anyways, so anyways, I sing it and then he's like well, "Thank You" and I don't get the golden ticket to go on to see the 3 judges. So yeah, it was pretty sad. My cousin cursed out the cameras and he was just shouting crap like, "My cousin has fucking talent, American Idol is racist. They let all these other bitches in who have no fucking talent! This is bullshit. My cousin can sing! Sing for them Marty!" I was just like, umm, naw, I'm cool. Anyways, yeah, it was a crazy experience. When I thought about it I wasted like 20+ hours of my life but then it's like, it's an experience that I would most likely never get to experience again and I'm happy that I made it as far as I got because a lot of people didn't make it pass the 1st audition, some didn't make it pass the 2nd audition and not many at all made it pass the 3rd audition. So anyways, yeah. Oh, and I got Kelly Clarkson tickets!!! I'm so excited. Never been to a concert before and now I'm just happy that I'm going to let to see her. That's my girl right there :D Well, that's about it for now. Nothing more intresting happening in my life right now so yeah, lataz!!! -M.D
I feel so out of it this year. It's like I have to re-learn how to deal with pepople again. I don't seem to be able to react to people the same way I used to. It seems that I can't just fall back into the submission that I used to use up till now. I mean, I still feel the same way inside - I can't stand to make someone upset because I can't deal with people when they're upset. I've always been like that. I hate being put in the position of consoling someone who's upset. It just makes me upset in the process. It's like when C. used to call me all the time saying she wanted to kill herself, it would make me really upset and depressed. But of course I couldn't tell her that - then she wouldn't call me at all, and I'm scarred that she would actually kill herself in that situation. That's why I'm never really able to be emotional around people. I can't put them in the same position that C. puts me in. I just can't do that to someone else. I don't know if that has anything to do with my new-found unability to put up with other people. I always end up weighing the odds between dealing with people and being anti-social. I really don't mind being anti-social. But, I also like haveing connections with people. I don't know.
Although yesterday has become one of the history, I still feel it is near to me. Mid-autumn Day is a traditional festivalby Lunar calendar in China. the Day is one of important one in the mind of Chinese----because it symbolizes "unity" between intimate people,especally a family memeber. In general, in the day people meet family member and intimate friends in their spare time and eat Moon cake greeting their recent matterinvolving work and family and so on. but another thing is to enjoy the moon together ----the moonin that nightis brighter and circler if having no clouds in the sky. this Day Originates to an old Fable...... If those people who have no time to meet their parents and friends tend to send massges by mobile phone or call them for sending their blessing. In a sum, all people nearlyare in thegood mood surrounded by many blessingand greeting from their friends and family member. If everyone in the worldhavegood mood every day as the people in Chinain the Mid-autume Day, he or she willlive longer and perhaps all of the unhappy things willdisappear in the clouds. So GOOD MOOD isvery important for us."笑一笑,十年少" 就是这个道理.
Well I'm currently watching "Dog The Bounty Hunter." *Smiles* It'd be so cornsome (awesome) to do that. Ehh... I might considered it one. Like... when I have muscles...
*Hears Thunder* Okay... so... anyway... I tend to forget things. A lot. Haha! Uhm, I'm from Ohio in the USA. I was asked that question on one of the sites. *Keeps Hearing Thunder* It sounds like it's going to bad! *Hears More* Of course I live right by a reservoir so it's going to be even worse because of the water. *Shudders* I love thunderstorms... unless they're terribly bad. *Checks The Weather Channel's Website* Oh yeah... the storm is like a few miles away. Haha! Scary...
Oh! One thing I want to touch on is names I'll call people. I call people "hun, dear, dearie, sweetie, darling" and so on and so forth. I call everyone those. So if you're a guy and I call you "darling," it's okay. Haha! I'm not hitting on you or anything. This goes for everyone. Trust me, I've already found my special someone.
Oh! So I was in the bathroom today and I happened to look out the window and saw a squirrel. Squirrels are awesome. When they hop around it's like a wave. Hehe! *Giggles* Oh! And their tails are amazingly awesome! Yes, yes, very cornsome indeed! I want one as a pet but it would probably attack me in my sleep. Haha! No doubt about it. Actually... there could be. But... ehh... yeah. Anyway... we have some pretty awesome squirrels around here. They like to climb up a tree... drop off of it for many many feet, until they land on the bird house. Then they eat the food. Haha! They also like to climb up the pole to it. Mom greased it with something before and it was just so freakin' funny to watch them climb up it. Haha! They would get like half-way up it and fall. Haha! Squirrely, squirrely, squirrely...
*Sighs* Anyway... I want to go to sleep soon. I'm quite tired, and I need my sleep. Hehe! I've been so tired lately. Once I get to sleep it's hard to get me out of it. For once I have deep sleep. But I hope that'll happen again tonight. Haha!
So school was alright today. I had Pre-Calc homework. *Dies* I also have Chemistry homework but I'm saving that for lunch. Haha! Oh! And, of course, today at lunch, the machine ate my money. Yep! I wanted some water but the flappin' machine was jammed and I didn't see it until it was too late. Nice, right? So the school will basically give me my money back whenever the dude gets there. *Shrugs And Sighs* C'est la vie...
I talked to my best friend, Lindsey, today. It's been a while since we go to different schools now. *Sighs* I miss her. We'll have to get together soon, though. French class isn't the same without her. *Sighs Again* Then again, nothing is.
